CONCEDANT & PROVIDER

The project is supervised by a 20-year Concession Agreement signed in December 2018. The State plays a dual strategic role:

  • Licensor Authority: Guarantee of the purchase of electricity (Take-or-Pay).
  • Gas supplier: Secure fuel supply for the plant.
