For the restoration of workers during the construction phase, ATINKOU made the choice of short circuit and local employment.

The VDR project has an impact on the local economy not only by directly creating this income-generating activity for the restaurants from the 17 villages in Jacqueville department, but also indirectly by creating new markets for other trades (farmers, fishermen, carriers, etc.).
