SUGGESTIONS OR COMPLAINTS: HOW THIS MARKET IS MARKETED?

Atinkou undertakes to treat each request in an impartial and confidential manner, following a rigorous four-step process.

01. DEPOSIT & REGISTRATION

Receipt of your complaint or suggestion via our online form, by phone, or physically at the Community Relations Office.

02. ACCUSED RECEIPT

Admissibility analysis and formal acknowledgement within 48h to 72h working hours.

03. INVESTIGATION

Unbiased treatment by the Complaints Management Committee. Field investigations and consultations if necessary.

Proposal for a corrective solution, validation with the complainant and closing of the file
